​Rates :

• Price for the full apartment, from 500€ to 750€ per day depending on the season

• Long-stay discounts may apply

Payment Policy :

• 30% deposit to confirm the booking

• Balance is due 60 days before arrival

• Full payment is due if the booking is made within 60 days of the beginning of your rental period.

Cancellation policy :
In the event of cancellation of a booking, the following charges are payable :

• 30% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made after the confirmation

• 60% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 60 and 33 days before the start of the rental period

• 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 32 days before the start of the rental period

• Rescheduling may be possible upon request at the owner's discretion
